Single Somatic Session

  • This session is ideal for anyone curious about somatic coaching but not ready to commit long-term, or for those who just need a reset.

    If you’re new to somatic work, we’ll talk through the basics and how this approach can support what you’re moving through. We’ll also explore foundational techniques like resourcing, breath, gentle movement, sound, and mindful awareness.

    If you’re already familiar with this work we’ll tailor the session to what’s most present for you, focusing on specific areas of tension or overwhelm.

Reiki

  • Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that channels life force energy to gently support the body’s own ability to restore balance. During a session, I channel this energy through the hands—either directly or remotely— to help ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and create space for emotional or energetic shifts. Many people describe feeling calmer, lighter, or more present after a session.

Ongoing Support

Somatic Coaching

  • Somatic coaching is for you if you’re looking for steady, ongoing support to build lasting change.

    Our 1:1 sessions will combine body-based tools to support your nervous system, emotional processing, and overall well-being. Each session is shaped around your needs and guided by a trauma-informed approach.

    We’ll work with techniques like embodied breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, and meditation to help you notice what’s happening in your body. This might look like sitting in stillness and noticing what arises, exploring a moment from your week and how it lands in your body, practicing boundaries through posture and voice, or using sound to move stuck energy.

    The goal of this work is to:

    • Support your nervous system

    • Release stored tension in the body

    • Build more awareness

    • Deepen trust in your internal experience

    • Strengthen your ability to stay with discomfort

    • Cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself

    • Expand your capacity to experience joy, rest, and pleasure

    • Develop tools that support regulation in daily life

    • Shift old narratives into new ways of being

  • Our first session is 75 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes each.

  • 3-Month 1:1 Container

    • Includes 10 personalized coaching sessions + one Reiki session

    6-Month 1:1 Container

    • Includes 18 personalized coaching sessions + two Reiki sessions

    *I recommend a frequency of sessions every 1–2 weeks

  • 3-Month 1:1 Container

    • $375/month for 3 months

    6-Month 1:1 Container

    • $325/month for 6 months

  • I completed the 10 Somatic Sessions with Haley. When I first came in, I had so much anxiety, worry, brain fog, fatigue, and felt hopeless about my mental and physical health.
